Terms and Conditions

Orders must be placed at least 24 hours before your chosen pick-up time. We do not accept same day pre-orders.​

 

For our pop-up pre-orders, a limitation of 2 boxes per order is applied.

 

Our donuts are made fresh every morning and should be eaten the day they were purchased. 

 

Orders should be picked up at the location and day as stated on the order receipt. Your order will only be available for pick-up on the day, and time window, indicated on your order receipt.

 

We cannot refund you for orders that haven’t been picked up. Orders that have not been picked up on the indicated day, will not be available for pick-up the next day.

 

Cancellations need to be sent in by email, 48 hours in advance, in order to get a full refund.
